Shipping policy
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with the books purchased on our website. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. To do so, contact our customer service and state the reason for the return. The book must be returned in its original packaging and without signs of use. After analyzing the product, we will refund the amount paid or exchange it for another book, according to your preference.

1. Returns
We accept returns of physical books within 7 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
The book must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, marks, tears, or annotations.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
2. Exchanges
If you receive a book with a manufacturing defect or different from what you ordered, we will exchange it at no additional cost.
The deadline for requesting an exchange is 7 calendar days after receiving the product.
How to apply
Please contact us via [your contact email or website form] with your order number, a description of the reason, and, if applicable, photos proving the condition of the book.
After receiving the returned product, we will check its condition and get back to you within 3 business days.
3. Exceptions
Digital books (e-books) and materials in electronic format are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of proven technical faults in the submitted file.
Products purchased during promotions or sales may be subject to specific conditions, which will be listed on the promotion page.
